Customer Relationship Management System (AFTRS2012/02)

 

AFTRS is wishing to introduce a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to replace and enhance functionality of existing systems for the business processes around student marketing and recruitment.  The School manages two key streams of student recruitment as follows:

 

-  Award Course covers higher education courses resulting in a recognised qualification.

-  Short Course covering vocational and other training with course duration ranging from a day through to multiple weeks or a semester.

 

The School also maintains a set of in-house developed databases for maintaining contacts of business units.  Once the CRM system has been successfully deployed for the initial recruitment business processes the School intends to replace each of these systems with the CRM System considered in this RFP.
