Description:
Under the general direction of the Director of Education be responsible for SMS administration, and education/student database verification, analysis and reporting to ensure AFTRS meets its educational compliance and regulatory obligations. Maintain awareness of the external legislative and regulatory environment and best practice to inform information management collection and retrieval processes. Monitor and update compliance related web pages. Undertake projects and assist in the Division as required.

Under the general direction of the Director of Education be responsible for the contact students (potential, current and previous) have with AFTRS from initial enquiry to post-graduation in relation to administrative and welfare matters. Provide high level support to the Director of Education including research, analysis, and preparation of discussion papers, reports, policies and procedures in related areas.
