AFTRS is required by the Commonwealth Government to set a Census date for each unit of study it offers.
This is the day when all your enrolment requirements must be finalised. The Census date for each semester is published below.
Semester One 2012 census date: 31 March 2012
Semester Two 2012 census date: 31 August 2012
Semester One 2013 census date: 31 March 2013
Semester Two 2013 census date: 31 August 2013
Semester One 2014 census date: 31 March 2014
Semester Two 2014 census date: 31 August 2014
Census dates are:
- The dates you become financially liable for any unit of study in which you are enrolled.
- The final day you can withdraw from a unit of study without financial liability.
- The date when you incur a FEE-HELP debt for any units for which you have taken out a FEE-HELP loan.
Please note that deadlines for payment of fees are earlier than Census dates.
